My wife and I put in an application for a personal loan 3ish weeks ago and I asked if they would update me on it ASAP as the seller would like an update. That was on Tuesday a while back Brett said we would have an update around Friday well Friday came and went. So I called on Monday to find out Brett is off for training no biggie so I spoke with Tanner who said he’d get me an update soon. A week went by so I called Tanner again to which he said he’d get me an update that night. That was 2 days ago. I called back to tell them to cancel the loan application to which I was told I’d have to speak with Tanner who was busy and would return my call within 30. That phone call happened around 1400 it is now 1726 which is past the time they are there. I’m going through the process of switching banks because obviously First Interstate Bank in Laramie doesn’t value their members.

When I asked them who do I talk to about opening up an account and transferring money from my old bank account to the new one I would have she basically told me she didn't know and acted like I was holding up the line.
