Went to the other location at 5:38 it was closed too. The date is June 16,2018 it is not a holiday. Very frustrating wanted to cash my paycheck and should have been able to according to the phone message. Never going back.

- CSCameron ShurtzApr 3, 20181.0Had an account here for probably over 15 years. They started sending me statements only every 6 months instead of monthly and then they started charging me a fee. So I didn’t know that I was losing money out of my account for 6 months. They clearly wanted me to close my account, so I did so. I asked the lady helping me 3 separate times about getting a refund of the fees they had taken out and she just never responded to my question. You use a place like this for the customer service. Based on my experience I would not recommend this place, there are far better options around and if you use a larger bank, you can get more benefits.
