- CJCassandra JonesOct 29, 20255.0Normally I get super anxious when I walk into a bank. I was turned down by the credit union, and local bank. Not many friendly faces to be found in either of them. Standing in line i heard more gossip than I needed, and after 5 minutes i was turned away because of a lump some check.Today I walked into Wells Fargo (Evanston Wyoming) office after being turned down by others. The office was clean, and every teller was smiling and welcoming as soon as I walked in even before they knew what I needed. I was greeted like family. Asked if I needed a water, or coffee. Given some tissues because my anxiety from the last two bank encounters I had was painful I finally felt relieved. I was finally treated with kindness. Reachel greeted me with a hand shake and walked me through everything. She was so kind and smiled all the way through. When we were complete opening my account she introduced me to the staff family, and Emily. I had such a good encounter today I had to call Emily and tell her how wonderful her staff is. Now I want everyone else to know how wonderful this bank is.

- AJAndyxjzjj joakakaksCMay 18, 20211.0They do not answer the phone or return phone calls, take forever in the drive thru, their night drop and drive up tubes are filthy. You would think they world take some pride in their appearance and or customer service but they don't. Sad day for you guys.
