- RRRoaming In My RVJul 9, 20251.0800 number for customer service sucks! You cannot understand what the representative is saying. I had to call back three times to get someone, hoping I could understand them and I still couldn't. The bank made a clerical error and charged me for somebody else's check so it's already an inconvenience for me, then I have to make three calls to the 800 number hoping to get someone who can enunciate English well enough for me to understand. When will Wells Fargounderstand that customer service needs to be in the United States? I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for 20 years and I'm really thinking about changing because I cannot stand poor customer service.

We live an hour away from the closest branch and to be the only customers in the bank and told they could not help us is completely wrong. Definitely going to bank with an institution that cares about its customers.
