    Getting calls from there number and no one there. When I returned the call the and asked why I keep getting calls from them they were rude. I wasn't mad just asked why I was getting calls from there number.

    The ATM at this location has been down all week and I need cash. I know this has impacted lots if people because 3 ATMs near the bank were out of cash. Their online hours show they are open at 9 AM but no employees were there at 9 AM. I've been banking at this location for 16 years. They used to have great customer service but ever since COVID, their service has been horrible. There have been several times when they've been closed during hours they have posted as being open online and on their door. Ridiculous!

    If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. This branch is so unprofessional and the tellers are rude. This is just the beginning of my complaints as I am not going to throw it all on this review as I am reaching out to corporate and filing formal complaints but April 3 the Service Manager Michelle Mickey and Personal Banker Justin Johnson were completely out of line and rude. And then today May 7, Melody was out of line in how she talked to me. Like I was her child and not a customer. I have photos and evidence to back up the complaints and treatment I received at this branch. All of which is being submitted to corporate. This place needs a reality check in how to treat customers. I am currently looking for a new bank as this one is absolutely horrendous in their treatment of customers.

    I’ve been going here for 9 years and the service has gone completely down. I did not need to be talked to like a baby or a child. And I didn’t need the lady to take her horrible day out on me.

    Horrible customer service closed without warning half an hour before posted hours recommend this branch be closed due to incompetence and horrible horrible customer service I would rate it 0 stars if I could
