I lost my debit card - as happens to the best of us. I was told that having a debit card is a PRIVILEGE, and that the bank has to pay for temporary cards. The only option is to wait the 10 business days for the card to arrive in the mail and use a virtual debit card that only works with tap-to-pay. In this day and age, 99.9% of bills are paid online, which I cannot do because the virtual card is only tap-to-pay. When I told them that having a debit card is a privilege is the most ridiculous thing I've heard, their response was "I'm sorry you think that way." I have been with this bank for 23 years, and I have never felt as frustrated as I do now. To tell me that it is a privilege to have access to my funds in the most prevalent way is a privilege after YEARS of having a debit card is absolutely absurd. The bank surely can afford a temporary debit card as a service to their customers so that we can access our funds in the most accepted way. This is pure corporation greed.

The people here are so friendly and eager to help. They know me by name as soon as I walk in. I have banked at other places, but this bank surpasses all of the others by far with their stellar customer service.

Sitting in the drive thru for 10 to 15 minutes to simply cash a check when no other customers are driving thru is unacceptable. It happens all too often.
