  Had an appointment with Ashly Whittaker for 1pm. Was waiting patiently when another customer asked if I was waiting for an appointment. I said yes but it was already after 1 and Ashly just took someone else in instead of me for my scheduled appointment. I further commented that it's a bummer because we do have lives and had to take time off work for an appointment. Ashthen decided to come out if her cubicle to be confrontational and asked us to to stop being rude and stop talking or we would be asked to leave. I talked to another employee about her and left to different location with better staff and allows customers to speak to one another. This is America and we DO have a freedom of speech. We weren't rude and unfortunately 2 customers walked out because of her. Blessing to you all.. Ashly, get a new job! Stop being a Karen.. the other wells Fargo down by center st. Casper. 100 percent better.

  Just walked out of my second Wells Fargo in less than an hour. Again they only had one foreign currency teller and she was at lunch. I asked when she would be back and was told they didn’t know “probably like an hour” was the answer. I’ve been a customer for probably 30 years. Today I took all the money out of my account and closed it.

  I like banking with Wells Fargo and this branch is a good one. I just wish they would hurry up and institute Bitcoin. Great Coffee!

  I’ve been baking with Wells Fargo over 23 years. they’ve always been good to me. And as for the ATMs, they are the best in town. And all the bankers at this branch, and second street branch are all great people. These negative comments I’ve been reading...SMH...I can’t figure out the for the likes of me? I think some people are their own worst enemy’s. And they like to blame everyone but themselves.
