- MMMr. MisterNov 25, 20231.0I don't think this is a Truist thing as the service at this branch has been going downhill for a long time, since before the switch from BB&T. I still pull through out of convenience but only for matters that are obviously clear and they don't have to be bothered by talking to you. I find myself taking the longer drive to two other branches in neighboring communities. The staff do not fully listen to you and often make you feel like you're stealing your own money. I don't think they like people. If you enjoy being talked down to and repeating yourself, this place is for you. The word grizzled comes to mind.
