There were two elderly people with disabilities standing in line with me. I waited in line 20 min( after 45 min wait) to get a money order. Which I was told I have to have an account to get it. I hope the elderly people got thru the line faster than I did. Over half of the population is elderly. The company needs to accommodate them. Being in management myself, I recommend an over all view to your customer service. Make an action plan to solve this matter.
