I have overdraft protection to draw from another account and it still charges me 36.00 in fees. Call and your only allowed one overdraft refund in 24 months. The previous time I transferred money between accounts and done it twice on my phone by accident they gave that back at the time. Talk to branch leader Clark and told him what happened the first time he said well you still hit the button twice, you did that. So this time they won't refund even though transactions should've been declined but weren't the corporate said that is a bank descretion. I said bank discretion shouldn't over ride a customer's settings to decline transactions. I know if I was someone else they would've returned the fees. I will be closing all of my accounts with truist. I have been a customer with city national for 30 years never had an issue. Dealt with first community for years never no problems. This bank is the worst. This is my breaking point with this bank. I don't recommend them at all for any banking needs.

I've had multiple accounts at truist for years, while waiting in line to make a deposit for my church my 5 yr old grandson said he had to use the bathroom , I also had a 2-year-old with me, the teller screamed across the waiting room that they didn't have public bathrooms for us to use, I find all the tellers rude lately, more worried about my money and getting it into money market account than being nice or professional, I'm looking for a different bank
