I went to Truist to open checking account, which I needed as a French to receive my salary. I was greeted by Amy, who was very understanding and kind. She guided me through the entire process and clearly explained all the potential fees. Despite my limited knowledge as a French person, I never felt that she was hiding anything from me. Well done for your professionalism!

Used to be a BB&T and everything was fine. now it’s a Truist. and I have had nothing but problems with this company. Zelle doesn’t work anymore, their app is trash. And they have no costumer service you’re pretty much on ur own unless ur cool with waiting for hours to talk to someone who will give no help to u. Don’t bank here I am very close to banking elsewhere. It’s amazing when companies buy other companies and then do a worse job. I miss bb&t

Rude employees. Very slow. Take $8 to cash a check Drawn on Them if you don't have an account there. Went there several times and Rude tellers every time.
