I've been trying for 3 days to call the Princeton branch and Ken Billings. And nobody answers have left messages and no answer that's ridiculous. Bad bank.

No one answers the phone. When asked about it in person, I was told they were hiring. Months later, no one still answers the phone.

Big. Beautiful. Lots of parking, thats about it! I love my Bank....but not this branch. Huge and empty inside, few workers. Parking lot full, lines full. ATMs down, no cones stopping people from lining up at them. Do better Banking Institution!

They were very inconsiderate and sarcastic with my frail 91-year-old father. It’s sad. Our family has a long history of banking here under its previous name. My mom worked here as well. I want to see them succeed. Something is obviously missing in their training.
