I used to love this bank. They were really a friendly location to conduct banking business with, but as time moves on, they seem to have become complacent with a lack of old fashioned small town bank courtesy and moved up to pushing the corporate agenda of selling service greed. It’s all about the money now. No smiles, no how was your week, no how have you been, just another routine transaction of selling a big banking service. And it’s sad, because the ladies are really nice people, but they have a job to do now, and it’s no longer about being the friendly hometown bank, it’s about selling their corporate product and brand. They are pushed to produce a sale when all we want is our friendly hometown girls back that used to make you feel welcome. 😞

The only reason I gave them one star was because there was no option to give them no stars. You can call this location or the Oak Hill location back to back to back and take breaks and try again and not reach anyone but the recording. Some other banks are like that also but I no longer bank with them. Terrible experience(s). Not recommended.

The whole team there is amazing, they are beyond helpful and kind. Though, the best of all is Carla. Her kindness is unmatched, she is a National Treasure and should be protected at all costs . I highly recommend this Bank.

Was trying to open a savings account and had some questions. Just to be pushed out with, "you have to have an appointment with a broker." No explanation of how to do so and left confused. Whenever I can switch banks I most certainly would. I missed BB&T, now it's ruined and the quality of service is laughable. I pray my second go won't be as miserable as my first.
