Worst bank in moundsville. Lady who helped me set up account was friendly but after that had multiple experiences with difficult and rude employees. Also Multiple hidden fees. Pretty much any other bank in town is better than this one. Have dealt with other bb&t locations and at least the staff is friendly. I have even called the 1-800 number and they were appalled y the service provided here. If you live here go to a local credit union instead! Horrible.
