Absolutely horrible bank. They flag everything as fraud. I have over 400 dollars sitting in my account the woman in customer service told me she cant order me a new card or unlock my account until the phone number i have has caller id with my full name. I done gave this woman my social security number Birthday Address And we discussed the transactions but now i have to make a special trip over 40 minutes away to an actual bank location just to access my money. Stupid. Goodness They wanted to argue and say no payments were confirmed or went through because my account is locked down. Then despite the fact my phone number is not enough to verify who i am. They called me in the banking office. The customer service is extremely uninformed. The woman over the phone told me theres no way around it that I have to just come up there in person. Then they act like they couldn't give me my money despite me quoting my ss number right off the bat. Then instead of withdrawing my money she wanted me to sit down with another banker and discuss the transaction im disputing. So heres what happened Truist customer service told me its 3$ to expedite my bank card I ordered off the mobile banking app and so I approved it. It was 30$ they charged. Amazon was rejected for a 10$ charge they approved it but i didnt get a 2nd item. And they let my credit card payment come out. Well the credit card company doesn't show the money that was charged but truist shows where it all came out. And get this The CS lady said i couldnt order another card without coming in person. I logged into the mobile banking app and ordered one from there. Convienient how they let me down continually. Do not go and bank here. This is by far the worst experience consecutively years in a row that I've had and Im closing down my account friday thank God. I bank with united. Its 50$ to open an account with them. They have 50$ overdraft protection which means as long as its on the card by the next day it will be okay no charge. And they are nicer more informed and sweeter.

I opened a new checking account today with Sean and experienced the best customer service! Sean was knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me with some extra requests (e.g., currency exchanges).

I Have Never Had A Bad Experience @ This Branch. It's Where I Opened My Account, And The Only One I Really Ever Go To. I've Had A Couple Problems Along The Way Hence The 3 Stars. Aside From What I'd Call "Shady" Over Draft Fee Procedures, This Bank And Branch Is All That And Then Some. By Shady Procedures, I Mean That The Site Clearly Says As Well As The APP Does That All Purchases Remain "PENDING" For 72 Hours Before Posting. Meaning If You Overdraw But Get Money In To Cover It Before It Closes You Don't Get Hit With A Fee Because Until It Closes, There's A Chance The Charge Could Fall Off Totally. Any Time That I Have Made A Mistake And Overdrawn By A Few Cents Or A Couple Dollars Somehow "EVERYTHING" That Was Pending Closes Well Before The 72 Hour Window Closes.............. Nobody Can Explain This... .When Confronted Customer Service Went Crickets............ So There's That... But Overdrawing Is On Me Anyways It's Just A Little Shady How They Do That, And It's Clearly On Purpose. Other Than That I'm A Happy Satisfied Customer.....
