I really liked BB&T and to be honest it slipped some before it was sold but Truist is in a league of its own in the category of terrible banks and organizations in general. To be fair, the people who work at the branch other than its Branch Manager seem to be nice and helpful. But, thanks to an organization that seems to be in chaos and a Branch Manager who is very good at saying the right thing when confronted (I have tried to have a HELOC refied for OVER two years) but then nothing happens. I cannot in strong enough terms recommend avoiding this bank at all costs. There are a number of very good banks in Morgantown but sadly, Truist isn't one of them.
