- KLKim LongJun 10, 20251.0I went to the Downtown Morgantown, WV Branch to report my husband's passing. I noticed a $30 maintenance fee deducted from the account afterwards. This fee was not disclosed to me at the time I was working with the agent. I was on one account there with my husband. I pulled away from them when they were BB&T and am very happy with my new bank. But $30 and they locked his accounts until Sept so I have to go back to close them. They really know how to kick someone when they are down. I wonder if they will charge me another fee for closing these accounts????
