I went to the Downtown Morgantown, WV Branch to report my husband's passing. I noticed a $30 maintenance fee deducted from the account afterwards. This fee was not disclosed to me at the time I was working with the agent. I was on one account there with my husband. I pulled away from them when they were BB&T and am very happy with my new bank. But $30 and they locked his accounts until Sept so I have to go back to close them. They really know how to kick someone when they are down. I wonder if they will charge me another fee for closing these accounts????

I've never had a worse banking experience, always closing early, atm never works properly. Always something wrong & they're never willing to help you out with anything.

This bank gets a 0 star, not only do they wreck your accounts with high fees, they aren't willing to be helpful with transaction issues. Even when it is their fault, they will discredit you. Also, you only have one free waive every 2 years. Enjoy that. And I am sitting here currently at their ATM, the ATM had an error mid transaction and ate all of my money, no reciept, no rent money, no means of contacting because there is no number on the ATM to call for these issues. Also, I've been on hold for over an hour.
