Placed a hold on my check. I have stage 4 cancer and explained that to them and that the money was for rent and security deposit for a new home. They did not care and would not life my hold for even half so that I could give the landlord the security deposit. I told them I could be dead by the time the hold is over. Didn’t care. Poor customer service

Customer service is terrible at this bank. Don’t even think about going through the drive-thru, even if there are no cars ahead of you in line, unless you have at least half an hour to waste. I do not make a habit of posting negative reviews over one or two bad experiences — but this has happened every time I’ve gone to this branch for the past 6 months. It’s so frustrating that I intend to find another bank.

Nicholas and Tammy were truly amazing workers. Their customer service was top notch. Nicholas was kind, patient, and willing to explain things nurmerous times without hesitation.

BB&'T is the worse! It's crazy cuz they will nickel-and-dime you to death with Hidden fees..It's crazy they hit you with a $12 maintenance fee if you don't get direct deposit. Which I feel like they should call you and tell you that now that you no longer get direct deposit That you're going to be required to pay a maintenance fee and ask if you would like to open up an account that doesn't charge those fees!
