They will not do anything to help you. They do not return phone calls. If you can find a another bank that is willing to help you go with them, but stay away from all truest banks they are the worst

Two other, (I assume managers) were talking in an office. The one left the office, and I was hoping she was another teller. NOPE! She walked into her office and closed the door on all these customers! Sad! Customer Service is dead! Still waiting for other tellers computer to come up!

It's crazy cuz they will nickel-and-dime you to death with Hidden fees..It's crazy they hit you with a $12 maintenance fee if you don't get direct deposit. Which I feel like they should call you and tell you that now that you no longer get direct deposit That you're going to be required to pay a maintenance fee and ask if you would like to open up an account that doesn't charge those fees!
