This is disgraceful and the worst banking experience of my lifetime. And, I am not even a customer. Nobody should be. I wrote a check to help a family in need. Truist got the money from my account on December 13th. They then reported the check as potential fraud and froze the family's account. At this point they gave had my money for over 2 weeks and will not release it. Stay away. Additionally, calls to the branch to get help from the manager JB are never returned. Fraud. This is fraud.
