- BHBina “Beans” HDec 16, 20251.0We’re we to the area so I’ve been trying to get acquainted with a couple of the branches here. Each time has been a huge disappointment. The tellers aren’t operating with the best professionalism nor basic politeness. Not a conducive environment or approach what you expect. I not just wait to go to Charleston to run errands and go to one of the locations there. The service is night & day. The tellers are warm, professional, organized, and move with proficiency. I was a teller for several years in the downtown area of a city of 8 million. It’s not easy and can be demanding so I’m always compassionate in my interactions at financial institutions. Please use this as an opportunity to further trading for the tellers.
