- KSKathy SmolderJul 30, 20251.0I called a branch in WV at 3:25 pm. I was going out of town and had an important question. The person who answered the phone put me on hold and left me on hold until the branch closed at 4:00 pm and I was hung up on. That is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I make good money and have it deposited daily but that's not good enough for them. I'm taking my business elsewhere and so are a few of my friends.

Lied to our face multiple times.Save your time and just do business elsewhere.What I wanted to get done in there,that drug out for a month,took Members Choice 20minutes to complete,start to finish.Avoid this worthless branch at all cost.I feel bad for the 2 nice lady's that wrk there.They would rather weedeat a bank for 3miles...Shame on you Carter.Shame on you..If I see you out and about I'll tell you the same thing.
