I have never had any issues with the employees at this bank. I have always received great service from the people who work here. But what I have an issue with is their ATM machine. 4 times I have tried to deposit money and the machine has had an error and tells me to call their customer support, it takes my money and doesn’t deposit it. Their customer support informs me that the machines are operated by a third party company and it will take 5-7 business days to investigate. As a bank I think it is a terrible practice to have a machine with your business name on it operated by another company. If it is a machine attached to your building with your business name on it you should be able to quickly fix whatever problems may arise with it. Instead truist makes their clients call customer service and wait 5-7 business days to have their hard earned money credited back into their account. My work hours are not conducive with Truist operating hours why I found the ATM very convenient but i’ve learned my lesson and will never use it again for deposits. Tell me truist when I am depositing my money in your atm am i depositing it with Truist Bank or some unnamed third party company? Very shady. Doesn’t enstill trust in your company at all.

This was the slowest experience I have ever had at a bank. There were 8 customers with only 2 tellers and they were both attempting to solve an apparently unsolvable issue. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.
