We’ve held accounts with Truist for several years. We recently relocated and the service at other locations are a nightmare. Very disappointing compared to our experience with this location. The tellers aren’t operating amazing. I’ve never had an issue that these ladies didn’t work diligently to resolve. Always greeted me with warmth and work efficienctly. Brava, keep up the good work.

Christmas trees lights on top of building no longer out. They were there for at least 40 years Christmas tradition of Charleston wv and they took over no more lights

I needed a notary-someone said go to Truist. I don’t have account there any longer as the customer service was not up to par. First words out of their mouth was “do you have an account with us.” Needless to say, they rudely told me no account no notary. Went to City National and it was a whole different story. They were nice and offered this service with no questions asked. I do have an account with City and plan on keeping it there.

The worst location. They never have bankers in the office and you can’t make an appointment. I see they have a bank manger but I’ve been to this location a lot and I’ve never seen them in the office. In fact I’ve never seen a banker in any of the offices.
