They recommended I call to schedule an appointment to set it up. I have called 3 times over the past 2 weeks and left voicemails each time. They have never called me back.

Shows less busy than usual. Show up with 1 teller for the lobby, 2 for the drive through and spent 30 minutes in line waiting to make a deposit. This place gets worse every time I come.

The bank associate said I had to come in and close it...After finally getting her to close it I thought I was done. I had a positive balance that was mailed to me. I then moved out of the country for two years. When I came back, the account was still open and I owed THEM 170+?!?! I tried to fight it and they reported it to the credit bureau. Very frustrating.
