Truist has become one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. Customer Service is so low that it is barely in existence. We are in the process of closing all of our accounts with them. We are currently trying to resolve a fraud against us and all we are getting is a runaround. The customer service department that handles fraud does nothing but attempts of tickling our ear to make us think they are in deep investigation. We are told the same thing each and every time we call. We are seniors on a fixed income and we need the money back so we can pay the rightful person it was intended for. This has been very stressful for us.

Worst Truist bank in existence. God forbid you need a document notarized confirming a 6 figure deposit (made at the same location, mind you). They don’t notarize “financial documents”.. you’re a nation wide bank. Get it together..

Awful bank - one of the employees was positively sociopathic - but then I found their corporate help assistants to be pretty rude. Cashed out and went to another bank. Main issue: they deactivated my debit card for no reason and refused to reactivate it. I don’t need the headache.

Been my bank for twenty years. Last year I've never seen more than one teller at the drive through or inside. Regardless of time of day. It's so painfully frustrating.
