- DRD RDec 20, 20191.0This is a great bank. If you're anywhere away from a bank it's easier to transfer everything to a new account than try and use them. They've been bought out twice in the six years I've had an account. Again and again they're horrible to work with, on call help doesn't know what they're doing. They couldn't even update my address correctly. When I moved out of state and lost my card, I tried to get a new one. When I called to see where it was since I didn't receive it, they charged me for a new one and sent that. I had to call literally in tears and they override at the highest level just so I could buy food. They make it impossible to deposit your paycheck through the app with such a low limit, so unless you're near a branch prepare to starve because it won't go through until the next business day. I've never had a bank that willingly wants to make their customers suffer due to their negligence.
