Since becoming Truist it is constant, non-stop, back to back issues with this banking service. Electronically to the actual managing of your accounts is just absolutely poor. Ive lost more money dealing with this bank then they've ever given me back in interest. Once this most recent issue with my account has been dealt with. I will be closing my account asap. A customer for over 15+ years and I am completely fed up. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY
