Several issues popped up with both the mobile app and the website, and Jessica spent over an hour with me, patiently helping me. We both maintained a sense of humor and she made it a completely pleasant experience. I know I took a chunk of time out of her day, but she never wavered in her commitment to solving my issues. I appreciate it so much, she is a rare gem.
