  Run!!! If 0 stars was an option I would have selected that. They are clunky, have no sense of urgency and treat clients like a bother. You’d be better off borrowing money from your sketchy cousin. (Dealt with a SBL on behalf of a client)

  Very sketchy operations. Avoid. One star is too kind. Beware, any fraud that occurs on your account by hackers or phishing schemes, they will make you responsible for restitution. They will make zero attempt to investigate, because apparently their primitive systems don't record IP addresses. If that isn't bad enough, they will send you, the victim, threatening notices that they will send you to collections if you don't front the money to resolve a situation you didn't create. I hope you enjoy the investigation from our insurance company. They apparently also allow accounts to be open virtually, but you have to be there IN PERSON in order to close it.

  Erroneous, wildly exorbitant late fee applied even though payments are being sent in automatically well in advance of due date. I really do not need the hassle. One of my personal pet peeves is having to spend my personal time to help people find the money that we have already sent them. - Update - no help from their rep Alicia Ramirez, although the check arrived on the 3rd and would not have been past due until the 5th. So to be clear - we are being charged a late fee for a payment that is due on the 1st, arrived on the 3rd, and is contractually not late until the 5th. This will be going to small claims court. - Final Update - Alicia was able to clear this up for me, thanks for the help.

  Opened a account online, never got online account set up email and was told had to go to a local branch. super annoyed as I had to drive out of my way to this location as only one in southeast Wisconsin. Barely made it 3 minutes to close and Tanner behind the counter could not have more pleasant or helpful! He acknowledged us the second we stepped in, had a big smile the whole way though and overall he provided excellent customer service. He is a asset to your team there!
