- JPJaime PommereningNov 18, 20251.0Once again, UWCU fails to help. I would move my mortgage from this so-called cu if I could. I visited the Verona branch. Showed paperwork and explained that I needed an official signature, but NOT a notary. I was told I could come back in an hour and talk to someone to get advice in filling out the paperwork. It was like the person couldn't understand me. I felt she should have asked a coworker or let me speak to a supervisor or something. I came home and was looking on the website scheduled an appointment at another branch because UWCU does offer the signature I need. So thanks Verona branch for once again not taking the time and going above and beyond instead of not listening and understanding.
