    I been a member over 15 years and I like to stay local with my money, but they interest rates are extremely high. There should be interest rates based on time as a member also. Companies don’t care about having long term business I have had multiple loans and all paid off but that doesn’t matter. Imagine having good credit but being penalized for things out of your control so now the banks are giving u a higher interest rate that’s wild. I’m super disappointed in uw credit union yall need to make better interest rates for long term members. I mean the interest they took was more than the principal. I always felt minorities probably get a higher interest rate more than non minorities

    I've only ever gone here for the ATM, and over 50% of the time it has either not had money or was having technical difficulties. I like UW Credit Union and have not had this issue at other banks.
