I have worked with Mary Foltz while doing a remodeling project on our house. She helped with setting up a line of credit. She has been great with answering questions and following through with time lines

My father and I have an account here. We pay our mortgage through here. Recently we requested for a home equity loan to do a few home repairs. As they helped and did a wonderful job getting all the stuff done so we could get approved. We were then told, we could have access to our account after 9 hours. Well after 24 hours we go to access it to find out they don't have the cards ready for our account. Okay it was lunch rush, we understood. So we waited till practically closing time. For them to tell my father on the phone who asked if the card was ready. They proceeded to say "you don't have to be so rude." Then hung up! When he wasn't being rude, he had waited ALL DAY for access into our account, just for an employee their to be rude. I have never been so disgusted with this employee in my life.
