  I have over 10 securities and crypto trading apps that I interact with daily. The Edward Jones app (my favorite) is user friendly and has tons of information, research tools, and it's useful for any type investor. The app is the best. (And if it glitches, you just call them) There's no being on hold or spinning in circles trying to get someone on the phone. Few have live customer support. Jones does. Tina is the Branch Office Administrator. She is a pleasure to speak with. Her patience, friendliness, energy and fun demeanor make my day. She walks me through updating my information and goes above and beyond and is a wonderful asset at EJ. (Note: when she asks if you're single, she's just checking for your beneficiaries, and not trying to hit on you.) Scott is the most down to Earth, polite and genuine person I've known. I've known Scott since 2006. He's intelligent, cool under pressure, and extremely helpful. His office may be one of the only places that answers the phone. Scott and Tina's commitment to customer service will spoil you. Bottom line: I do have other portfolio's but they're only temporary--My Edward Jones is forever; investments, life insurance, money market savings, estate planning and tax help. Whether you're funding your IRA with $50 a month, or $100,000 per year, Scott has you covered- our success is his reward.
