- CMCosomos MJun 10, 20251.0I walked into the bank today intending to open an account. As soon as I entered, I was asked whether I had an appointment. I said no, and was told that I needed one. I responded by asking, “Where are the bankers?” The employee said, “We are the bankers.” There were two staff members standing there, doing nothing, and no other customers waiting in line. Yet, they still refused to help me without an appointment. I found the experience extremely unwelcoming and frustrating. It’s hard to understand how a bank that advertises customer service can turn someone away when they clearly had the capacity to assist. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Poor service and a terrible first impression
