The branch on Wilson told me my written checks that were sent out would not go thru and could not use your atm card at Wells Fargo. Both statements are false. I asked this branch to check my account and make sure it was off line. They are or was not aware at the time that they do not have that information at the branch. I was very concerned and asked if I could use a phone to call their fraud department They said no! I asked if they would call their fraud department, twice and manager said no!! I will only step into this branch to save my life...no other reason.
