    Dont know who the brown haired guy with glasses is but if you don’t wanna do your job get a different one, you’re unintelligent and provided me with 0 help, luckily the attorney will slap you across the face and MAKE you do your job since your really incompetent. Also wanted to include my mother passed of cancer last week and he was far from sympathetic.

    I have a free checking and have never had the need for further services. I love all the associates who work here. They learn your name and treat you like family here. My previous banks have been in the Chicagoland, so this is a very refreshing change of pace

    TLDR; This is a bank with some of the best rates for everyday banking in the area combined with amazing service. Full Story: I currently have three accounts open with this bank and plan on opening a fourth soon. The checking account offered an opening bonus of $200 just for setting up my direct deposit. There are also monthly benefits which include over 2% interest on my average daily balance (BELOW $20,000) and waived internal/external atm fees. Those features mean that this bank actually values small balance checking accounts, which is rare these days. The savings accounts are simple, nothing special really. The auto loan I have charges a smaller interest rate than anyone besides Dupaco (4.25% with a tier 1 credit score) offered to me. (I stuck with WBT because of the next section.) All of these great things are complimented by amazing service. I can walk in there once a month or less and still be recognized by the tellers and my banker. I have even been able to open all of my accounts (minus the auto loan for personal reasons) without even setting up an appointment. I have walked in and in 15 minutes or less be able to talk to my personal banker without fail. Every experience I've had there has been very positive and I look forward to keeping my accounts with WBT for as long as possible.
