I tried to open a checking account online, after I submitted my application, I was told the process cannot complete, I need to go to the local branches to complete in person. I made a lot of calls to Cleveland branch and wanted to make an appointment , never got answered. Then I called this branch, 1463 Capitol Dr, somebody answered the phone very quickly and set up an appointment immediately. During the appointment time, Catherine was ready to help, she prepared all the files and explained the account details very patient and very professionally, and completed the account opening less the 30 minutes.
