- MSMatthew SiahaanNov 27, 20251.0How is one supposed to pay back the bank when he was not notified that he no longer has a checking account to deposit his paycheck and the teller will not retrieve a banker to discuss the matter? How is it possible to receive a notice on the 26th that his account was closed on the 25th? How is it possible to arrive at the bank, to pay back the overdraft and fee to be summarily be refused by the teller (who insisted he was a banker) only to receive an email 2 hours later demanding the overdraft and fee be paid in person at the aforementioned bank? Additionally the teller seemed to take some subtle smug satisfaction in my financial hardship; I’m not sure if this was due to some foreign cultural disposition but it left me utterly disgusted.

We had lots of problems with online agents and another local branch office getting our access fixed. Zachary Bloom helped us through the process and finally got our online account access fixed. We couldn't thank him enough for taking the time and pushing all the right buttons to rectify our problem.
