- JWJulia WalkerJul 8, 20241.0My bank account is currently negative due to an error that was made when I deposited a check into my account. I was told the hold on the check would be in the amount of $14.75 and released the rest of the funds to me. I was left a voicemail, 3 days after I deposited the check, that explained the hold amount was wrong and it should have been a total of $1,475. I called UW Credit Union and was told I will not have access to the funds in my bank account until the hold expires. This is extremely poor service.
