- MPMcKayla Pahl2 days ago1.0Open the bank account and then they said I DID had the Overdraft protection and I had to overdraft a little bit to pay my phone bill in my insurance and I thought it was approved till they reset everything basically on me WITHOUT my permission and saying I now don't have it.. Definitely won't be banking with them no more since they wanna do stuff without my permission. Didn't know it wasn't my bank account now all of a sudden..

- TGT geissOct 8, 20251.0Every month when I go in to make my monthly payment, I used the drive through and every time they make me wait up to 15 minutes or more in the damn drive through lane. WHEN! there’s nobody else at the drive through or any cars in the parking lot. It’s completely rude and unprofessional. There’s no way it should this long. The same day I went to Community First to make my monthly payment and I timed my stay in the drive through, it took 3 minutes! and there were other people in line too! Wells Fargo horrible place to do business with! and the teller’s are nasty people and treat their customers like they’re an inconvenience!
