- NNNoraOct 25, 20252.0I have been a member of UW Credit Union for close to 20 years. I set up my account when I was in high school, and I maintained it even after I used out of state because I was generally happy with the service I received. Today, a UW Credit Union representative couldn't take five minutes to talk to me about business bank accounts during a scheduled appointment time. I am disappointed that they don't value my business enough to spend a short amount of time talking to me about their services--especially since it was a scheduled appointment. The representative was short, rude, and made a factually-incorrect implication during the brief phone call. It was obvious that once he determined he couldn't open a new account for me at that time, I wasn't a UWCU member worth spending his time talking to. It's apparent that it is time for me to start banking at a different financial institution that will treat me as a serious, valued customer.
