Isaac was professional, knowledgeable, and walked us through each step of the process which was especially helpful to us as first time homebuyers. We had many questions, and Isaac always had a prompt, helpful response. He made the experience very smooth and we really appreciated all his hard work. We would recommend UWCU and specifically Isaac for those working through the home buying process and looking for a place to secure a mortgage!
- MOMicah OgéJul 14, 20251.0Going to this branch is absolutely useless. Every interaction in the branch requires a call or chat to management who generally refuse to speak to you directly. In my 30 years of using a checking account, I've never experienced such a hard time administering a checking account. Branch associates should be sufficiently empowered to do something as simple as handing a money order deposit into a checking account.
