First time customer and I was blown away from the moment I walked in. Everybody was warm and very cheerful, even the security guard was super nice and respectful loved it not like other banks where you feel like a bothered or something.. Antoine Bowman helped me yesterday to open an account. He was super helpful, friendly, and respectful I've absolutely loved it!!! 10/10 would highly recommend

New account holder, I went to the Lisbon location because the midtown location told me to open an account I had to make an appointment, that was their first flaw. I called to come in earlier, they couldn't accommodate me, but rather the Lisbon branch did. I had a pretty good experience at Lisbon, probably because they had no customers. My account was opened rather quickly, HOWEVER, the banker did not print out my direct deposit form correctly and my employer refused it. My employer went further to say they have told PNC multiple times to print their direct deposit forms on letterhead and they did not. There is no option to print a direct deposit form online, and the account is new so I have no checks yet! They only gave one starter check, and they did not offer a free box of checks, which is usually standard when opening a new account. I'm super angry.
I called to ask why the DD form was incomplete, and the girl at Lisbon just brushed me off and said "I don't know why they saying that, that's the way they print"....I said no Bone-quisha, there is no letterhead on this form. Can you just look me up, and print one to either email me or have ready for pick up...NO, you have to come in for that. For your mistake??
I'll be going to the 124th location to get a new DD form, hopefully they will have much better customer service. Not to mention that was my 2nd time calling because the 1st time I was left on hold and no one came back to the phone.
Suggestion: go to 124th if you can
