- AMalexander meyerJul 14, 20231.0Place has 4 employees and 2 behind the counter, one helping a customer, the other just sitting by the drive-through window doing nothing. The personal bankers, one helping a customer, the other just finished their appointment, was just gabbing paper from the printer for the other so as not to help with people in line. The person in front of me spoke Spanish, and according to the teller, no one there did. He clearly wasn't done when she called me up with someone in line behind me as well. He waited for me to deposit 100 dollars. It took a minute tops. Then he stepped back to the window to be helped more. It's just a bad overall experience. Unfortunately, it seems to be normal at big banks. So recap 4 people helping 2 customers and not really helping the guy in front of me well.
- EEElyseMay 28, 20211.0I hate having to bank here, but unfortunately I have to due to my corporate office. Wells Fargo is the only bank still limiting change into summer 2021 when the change shortage happened in 2020. Businesses depend on change they cannot get from Wells Fargo. Thumbs down.
