- IMIsaiah MJul 28, 20231.0They made a poor scan of a check I was depositing. The check came back to me. They refuse to give me the original copy of the check or scan it again. Saying I have to go back to the person I got it from and ask for a new check. I dont see how in this day in age the burden should fall on me to make this right. When they scanned the check and held the original. Makes no sense. Banks to each other all the time. Call the bank. Send them the original check and as to verify. Give me the original check and allow me to take it somewhere else. But to tell me I have to get another check is a huge slap in the face. I've been banking here almost 15 years. its not my fault. They should do whatever they can to make it right. I'll be looking for a new bank. Or credit union. Somewhere that I am valued. Sidenote: the personal banker Delores was very helpful and professional. I can tell her hands were tied. Thanks!
