- RRrstwittyJun 21, 20241.0This review is based on 1 visit to wells fargo bank in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Needed to open a second wells fargo checking account for a trust. I'm a 15+ years Wells Fargo customer. Presented a WF bank statement and WF debit card. Spoke to the first customer advisor who insisted I needed an appointment and they were all booked for the rest of the day. She said there was nothing she could do. Since I had driven 20 miles to their bank, I asked again if they could fit me in. Turns out, the second advisor (5 feet from the first) just finished up a customer and was free for the rest of the day. So, I explained to the second advisor my situation. She said she needed a physical hard copy of the trust document. They would not accept an email containing the trust as attachment sent directly from a Florida attorney. She said print it out, and come back in 5 days! So ridiculous! A great example of terrible customer service and two incompetent bank representatives.
