- CKChester Kos2 days ago2.0Over the last two years, visited this branch about a dozen times. Each time felt as if I was just a number and they didn't care. Received wrong information from one teller and the other just came across as entitled and that the customer is there for her comfort. There is a new branch on Port Wash Rd in Mequon that is a step up.

Their level of service is horrid and I do not recommend anyone to open accounts at this location, go to any other branch location because it is better than this one. I wished I had known that before. I was given incorrect information regarding bank policies and now being charged fees for it.

I found there communication to be very prompt, never leaving me to wait for more than a couple hours for a response. In the end, Town provided me with a loan to buy our company building, new checking accounts, and a line of credit to help me grow my business. Yet far more important that, I finally feel like I have a family of bankers I can trust as part of my team!
