- NYNun YaDec 28, 20251.0Absolutely horrible experience I have been trying and trying to open an account I've waited, called,jumped through hoops. Just for them to tell me. Wait on us to verify, 1st it was my identity, so I go to the branch id in hand, then it's my card, they tell me to wait for it to come in the mail, then it's my phone number, I'm sorry last time I checked bank accounts don't need a phone number. (I worked at a bank). Proof of id, and social is usually what you need. Nope they said we need to verify your email. But never sent email to verify. Phone number verification another 2 -3 business days. And my card yet to arrive. I contacted the # and they told me to wait again, it's been 2 weeks of verification... like seriously. Then when all that comes in I'm still going to have to call back and Verify/get a code from them. All for what?? I'm seriously just going to close this account because this has been the worst experience in banking EVER! if I could 0 star this I would!!!! Bunch of lazy rich people gouging me for my information. Worst part the customer service reps on the phone are all outsourced to different countries. Like you guys really are saving ALOT by doing that why can't your service be better, because they line their own pockets with the savings.

This is, by far, the most unreliable financial institution we've ever worked with in all our 70 years!!!! Find a better bank to work with!!!! We have had business with this bank for 3 years and it's, without a doubt, the worst bank we've ever dealt in our 60+ years of needing bank services. Errors upon errors, misunderstandings, unavailable staff and more. I would highly recommend finding another, more reliable, bank.
