    Since the change this has been my worst experience in banking, asked via email in advance for my account to be closed and my funds to be mailed since pick up from my local branch is not an option they give anymore. Called a week later to find out that my account was still open and told that I would have a charge for them to overnight the funds to me. After asking for 2 days for a manager, and still not getting one, an employee by the name of Andrew was helpful and able to overnight it with a waived fee. Update: I did NOT receive the overnight check as promised.

    Update 2024: Once again Kelli at Setters Best Credit Union came through for us in all the best ways possible. Our home is now built and thanks to Kelli we were able to refinance our construction loan into a mortgage with no hassle at a fair rate. We are so very appreciative of Kelli at Setters Best CU and we look forward to working with her again on all of our future property investments. We bank through a local CU, but after they dropped the ball with financing our construction loan, we decided to take the advice from a trusted realtor and give Settlers Bank a call.     Settlers Bank is the bomb! As a business owner I really appreciate the great communications, customer service, and fast response to any issue. Recently a large credit card processor made a serious mistake to the tune of over $8000 of my money! Lauren, Tara and Brooke over at Settlers were all over it. In a short time they were able to get to the bottom of the issue and the funds were back in my account. It's the kind of attention and customer service that you will NEVER get from a typical huge bank. I highly recommend Settlers Bank.
