- EMEmily MJul 7, 20231.0Went in with some questions and the teller basically said she's completely unable to help answer even the simplest of questions. She couldn't move money from one account to the other for me and she couldn't even make an appointment so I could talk to someone who can. If I wanted an online bank I wouldn't bother with Wells Fargo. I don't want to have to call and wait on hold or go to a confusing website every time I have a question. The whole point of having a physical location with actual people is so they can help you. Like what is your actual job if you're gonna sit there unable to do anything. Just replace the teller with a computer screen and be done with it.
