- CCChadAug 2, 20255.0Jackie (I hope I'm remembering her name right) was very friendly, easy to talk to, and helpful in setting up a new account, as well as explaining services, and even answering a few general financial questions. This location is fairly new, so the facility is nice. However I did find the parking entrance a smidge confusing. I didn't realize the drive through/ATM entrance also had parking, so I parked in the overflow parking which was a tiny walk away anyways. They can also print your card here, but with one minor downside I've read of, which was the numbers may fade over time from your card as they aren't embossed. UWCU themselves have a great website/app, and plenty of appealing services with few fees to my knowledge. They have fairly solid interest rates, even with a fairly low entry High Yield account compared to many institutions. Overall I've been quite pleased with them over my old bank and even another big credit union I joined not long before.
